At this year’s Sika Capital Markets Day, held in Zurich under the motto “Unlock Growth – Durability and Circularity in Construction and Industry”, Sika’s management outlined key initiatives for future growth. In a presentation to investors, analysts, and media representatives, CEO Thomas Hasler highlighted how increasing requirements for durability and circularity are transforming the industry.
Sika's new fiber technology
Sika presented the newest fiber technology representing a breakthrough in modern construction materials. This technology improves mechanical properties and significantly enhances the durability and structural integrity of concrete, increasing concrete life spans, sustainability, and efficiency. The new fiber technology replaces millions of tons of steel and saves millions of tons of CO2eq.
