This traditional house only needed a smooth coating to renovate its facade. Sika’s elastomeric paint was the best solution.

For this huge and imposing convention center, the architect looked for a stone imitation material for the facade. The proposed solution was a ceramic coating product, which is a thick coating of paste containing different sands to get its special, realistic stone-like appearance.

These beautiful houses were renovated in the historical district of Karviná. Each one had an exceptional element which was preserved – from original windows and a wooden veranda to Art Nouveau elements on the facade.
Sika participated in the reconstruction of the facade of the corner house by supplying the base coat and colored, textured finish renders. This color-render is very breathable, hydrophobic and has a self-cleaning ability with a 1.5 mm grain size texture.

Location: Teplice
Originally built in the early 19th century, this spa has a facade which cracked and faded over time due to pollution. In the reconstruction project, the aim was to preserve, repair and reconstruct all decorative facade elements in their original color and style.
The deteriorated masonry was repaired with SikaWall color-render products. Sika ThermoCoat®-5 Color siloxane facade paint was the final facade finish, which is water-repellent and increases the weather resistance of the painted surfaces. It was chosen in shades of yellow and beige to match the original, historical colors.

Location: Roudnice nad Labem
At this large school complex, the building envelope was reconstructed in order to improve thermal properties and reduce energy costs. Thermal insulation was added to the roof and facade systems.
Nearly 10,000 square meters of facade area was renovated using ETICS Sika ThermoCoat CZ. The finish coat is a silicone-resin based plaster in several shades of grey with a 1.5 mm grain size and a rubbed surface texture treatment.

For their new office building, this company relied on our EIFS system solution, featuring a sleek and finely finished smooth sand texture.

This modern residential complex near Belgrade broke with the traditional architecture of the surrounding area and was designed in a luxury condominium style. The fire-safe Sika ThermoCoat® ETICS system with incombustible mineral wool insulation and a white, state-of-the-art silicate finishing render was installed.
