The "Viblo Leieland" in Denze, Belgium, gets a new sports ground thanks to Sika. The pupils of this school can now enjoy a whole new floor. It was sponsored and installed by Sika Belgium in Nazareth.
A big boost for Viblo Leieland, the special education school in Deinze. Thanks to Sika, the school has a new sports floor in the gym / canteen. “This year we are working with Sika on social commitment and sustainability projects,” says Pieter Mathys, Team Leader Warehouse, Sika Belgium. “We want to give something back to society and put the construction industry in a positive light. There are over 14,000 vacancies left and we want to show what is possible. That’s why Sika takes full responsibility for financing and laying the sports floor. The choice for Viblo Leieland is easy to explain. My daughter went to school here. I saw my daughter flourish here and wanted to give back something to the school.”
André Maatman and Mark Lasthuis of the Sika Pulastic team, Netherlands, laid the floor, and Sika employees of Sika Belgium prepared the premises and the floor laying.
