Your home or building may need facade renovation, especially if it is showing severe symptoms such as rising damp, efflorescence (white chalky deposits), structural damage, musty smells inside, mold or bugs. Additionally, old facade renders or plaster often erodes due to freeze-thaw cycles over the years and should be repaired.
