Sika’s international traineeship program is the perfect opportunity for you! You’ll rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations and business functions, all while being guided by a mentor who provides regular personal feedback. The program lasts 12 months in Switzerland, followed by at least two years of local employment abroad.
