We are looking for a professional and experienced Business Development Manager – Precast Concrete for EMEA to drive growth and innovation within this key market segment. You will play a crucial role in implementing the Business Development Strategy in EMEA, with a strong focus on expanding Sika’s footprint.

  • Drive business development efforts by identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within the Precast (Wet and Semi Dry) business in the region EMEA
  • Support focus technologies and products in adherence with regional objectives, ensuring successful execution of key customer projects
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Target Market Concrete, R&D and other regional business developers to develop and introduce innovative solutions that meet market demands, from intelligence gathering to new product development.
  • Act as a central point of contact in PRECAST for EMEA Regional Management, Area Business Development Managers (ABDM), Regional Key Account Managers (RKAM), and Sika Companies, supporting them in achieving their business objectives through expert consultation, training, and project execution.
  • Support and promote transformation initiatives, leveraging industry-leading technology to optimize project execution and customer engagement.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • bachelor or master’s degree in civil Engineer, Materials Sciences, Construction, or similar education with 5+ years of experience within precast concrete market segments (Construction technique and material)
  • expertise in business development, marketing and product management with good understand of key trends and new technologies
  • proven experience in executing complex projects as part of matrix organization and working with multi-cultural, remote teams
  • strong communication and good communications skills with the ability to motivate and engage others
